Villâlarımıza gelen yolda bulunan dere geçiş köprüsü emniyet açısından genişletildi. Yolun %80 lik kısmı 150m belediye tarafından asfaltlandı. Kalan 30 m’lik kısım stabilize yoldur. Havuz derinlerimiz standart 1.60m’dir. Bölgede uzum aşmaları olduğu için ve çiçekler mevsim itibarıyla fazla olduğu için ayrı olabilmektedir. Ancak havuz başlarına yakın asmalar sezon basında budanmaktadır. Evlerde çarşaflar, kılıflar, aletler örtüler, havlular, salon mobilyaları, yemek takımları tava ve tencereler bardaklar her sezon başı yenilenmektedir.
